reasonable stay
extra mile staff great location history native dishes chembu overpriced hotel smelly water slow service
the staff went the extra mile for our comfort. the hotel location is great and rich in history. the food was excellent with native dishes like chembu.
i found the hotel itself good but overpriced. the filtered water in the room had a smell. the breakfast service was slow.

constant music small pool
the music was constant, even in my room next to the pool. there was no escape from the noise, it was the coffee shop, the bar, and the pool all blaring different tunes. the pool itself was a bit small. shade was definitely lacking near it. too many tour groups came for meals it reminded me of i was at a tourist trap.

friendly staff comfortable room excellent food
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite comfortable. The food was EXCELLENT!!! I would happily return. The location is perfect for exploring.
The music by the pool was loud during the evenings.

The pool is Fine!!! I could have spent weeks there enjoying the courtyard area. The ayurvedic service is wonderful. I highly recommend having a session. The building architecture is also very excellent.

The restaurant offers a delectable mix of options. The breakfast buffet and complimentary high tea are nice. Every member of the dining team was super helpful. The afternoon tea is a lovely added bonus.

ABSOLUTELY Fantastic Getaway!
home feeling excellent trip
this hotel SHINED. i had the best experience i could have asked for. and i would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting. this trip made my year GREAT.
the drinks by the pool WERE a little weak.

my room included air conditioning and blackout curtains for restful sleep. complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer were available. a desk was available for working, and the room included a wardrobe for storage.
