Hotel Flora has 80 rooms on five floors, accessible by four elevators. Standard rooms face the internal courtyard. Superior rooms are on upper floors. Some Superior rooms have balconies. Room amenities include satellite TV, a safe, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Quadruple rooms provide extra space. Some rooms have separate areas.

The restaurant features regional cuisine from Campania, with a focus on local ingredients. Breakfast includes cakes, pies, and cookies. The menu offers two appetizers, four pasta dishes, four main courses, fruit, and ice cream, plus a buffet. Fish and meat dishes are available for lunch and dinner. The hotel has a snack bar by the pool that serves dishes and drinks. Weekly piano bar evenings and gala dinners with local dishes are offered.

Hotel Flora is in the center of Ischia Porto, near Corso Vittoria Colonna and Riva Destra. The hotel is 500 meters from San Pietro Beach. The main street with shops, restaurants, and bars is 50 meters from the hotel. Garage Victoria in Naples provides a free shuttle to Molo Beverello. Naples can be reached by train to Napoli Centrale, then by taxi, bus, tram or underground to Calata Porta Massa and Molo Beverello. Buses depart from Piazza Municipio, Piazza Castello, and Marina every 10 minutes.
