Floral Hotel offers double, twin, and triple rooms. Rooms include air conditioning for a fee, free Wi-Fi, a 40-inch satellite TV, a safety deposit box, a fridge, and a telephone. Bathrooms have a shower and a hairdryer. Each room has a balcony with a table and chairs offering mountain and city views. Soundproofed balcony doors are installed.

The Floral Hotel bar provides drinks, cocktails, and snacks. A daily buffet breakfast is available in the breakfast area, either indoors or on the sunny terrace, from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Floral Hotel is located in Limenas Hersonissou, Crete, 150 meters from the sandy beach and the Cretan Sea. From Heraklion Airport, follow the National Road toward Agios Nikolaos for 20 km. From Heraklion Port, take Nearchou and Steliou Kazantzidi roads and continue straight for 21 km, then 3 km to Alpha Bank. The hotel is next to Alpha Bank on 4 Agiou Vasiliou Street. A direct bus line runs from Heraklion Airport to Hersonissos every 30 minutes, stopping at Bus Stop Number 22. The hotel is 50 meters from the bus stop. Taxis are available to Floral Hotel on 4 Agiou Vasiliou Street, next to Alpha Bank.
