I enjoyed the Extra Large King Room. The room featured clean and fashionable design elements. The hotel provided assistance with arranging transportation. A concierge was available to help with directions and reservations.
Wardrobe space felt limited for longer stays.

The staff was consistently polite and proactive. They were very helpful upon checkout, assisting with luggage and providing directions. The reception staff promptly sprayed and cleared the air when there was an odour in the hallway.

decent stay with a few hiccups

central location retro feel helpful staff clicking sound room arrangement unpleasant smell
i appreciated the hotel's central location near the subway station i found it very convenient for getting around the area the decor had a retro feel that i enjoyed the staff was generally kind and helpful making my stay smoother
there was a clicking sound coming from a locked box in the room it occurred whenever i moved in bed i found it quite odd i requested interconnecting rooms for my family but they were not properly arranged this required some adjustments upon arrival there was no prior notice of the unpleasant smell in the hallway when i checked in late on the first night

wow, a fantastic experience!

cruise design friendly staff useful luggage storage well-equipped rooms
i totally loved the design concept. it, a totally relaxing and vintage atmosphere. the staff helped me store my luggage after checkout, really useful, and were super friendly. i found them very helpful. the rooms are well-equipped with design features.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. It contains treadmills and stationary bikes, which i noticed. a nice italian restaurant offered good meals, and it was conveniently located in the building. i saw that breakfast was also very nice.

My medium room had a queen bed, and it was super clean. it felt very comfortable. the amenities were well thought out. Even the bed's hardness was just right. i noticed the rooms had unique style and design.

the location is excellent, especially for getting around town. it's super close to the mtr station, such a short walk! i also found the wangchai walk bridge with elevators very handy, especially with luggage.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always offering assistance whether at the reception or from the basement staff. matthew yuen, in particular. That level of personal attention is amazing. i appreciated their thoughtfulness.
