Suites at Fireside Lodge

Fireside Lodge offers suites with amenities to make guests feel at home. Guests can choose the Bear's Den Suite. The rooms include a king and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top surrounded by custom, knotty pine woodwork and a river rock gas fireplace. A queen-size sleigh bed surrounded by custom, knotty pine woodwork and a river rock gas fireplace is featured in the large, individual room. Suites include a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes and a kitchen table, as well as satellite DIRECTV and a DVD player. Rooms provide air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, garden furniture, free toiletries, cookware and kitchen utensils, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. Some rooms have lake or garden views. Certain suites provide a hot tub and a fireplace. Villas include a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with free toiletries, a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and oven. Guests have access to complimentary fruits and snacks all day, including popcorn, as well as a fully-stocked bar and fridge with bottled water, soda, and beer.

Dining at Wolf Creek

The Wine Room at Wolf Creek Resort hosts pianists, jazz musicians, and recording artists. Guests can choose prestigious red and white wine, or non-alcoholic juice, as well as a selection of gourmet cheeses, and a variety of crackers, nuts, fruit and olives.

“Fireside Lodge struck me as a place with a lot of potential; its proximity to the village is a definite plus, and some rooms offer nice perks like spa tubs and dog-friendly spaces. The rustic, almost cottage-like feel, with features such as stained glass, gives it a certain charm. However, based on what I've seen, it seems some areas need attention to truly deliver on its promise, especially given the price point.”
