Fiori Breakfast features pastries made by pastry chefs, fresh bread, espresso coffees, cappuccinos, fresh fruit, and local cheese. Guests can enjoy Sacher torte, wild berry pie, and 'Squirrel' cake. Between 6 and 9 pm, the pastry shop becomes a wine and cocktail bar, serving cocktails and wines with appetizers. Fiori prepares a Sacher torte invented in 1947, millefoglie cream, krapfen jam, strudel, 'Squirrel pie' with almonds and cocoa, buckwheat cake, and chocolate raspberry cake. The hotel is home to the famous 'Squirrel pie' with almonds and cocoa, a buckwheat cake and one with chocolate and raspberries.
Leisure and Wellness
Guests can relax in a stone and wood Wellness Area, featuring saunas and emotional showers. The spa offers a mountain herbs bio sauna, a Finnish alpine sauna, and a steam bath hammam. Emotional showers stimulate senses with aromatherapy. Recreational activities include guided excursions, via ferratas, and snowshoeing. In the offer are guided excursion on the Via Ferrata degli Alpini, a climbing day on the 5 Torri, or the natural parks tour on an Electric Mountain Bike. You can try the snowshoe experience along the path that leads from the Andraz castle to the Settsass fork and an exciting path through the woods with snow shoes and headlamps to the small Giau Alpine Hut.

Popular attractions include the Tour of Sellaronda and the Tour of the Great War. The Lunga Via delle Dolomiti cycling route connects Val Pusteria to Cortina and Cadore. Cortina and the Dolomites offer up to 15,000 metres of via ferratas.
