Rooms with Malbec Views

Finca Adalgisa offers 11 rooms, each individually furnished. Rooms have either a twin or king-sized bed and a living room. Suites feature an extra living room. Accommodations include air conditioning, a mini-bar, a safe deposit box, a wardrobe, a sofa, ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, a dressing area, and garden furniture. Bathrooms provide free toiletries and parquet floors. Certain rooms provide views of the garden or pool. Guests can savor Malbec produced from the vineyard, meters from the rooms. Each room has a laptop-compatible safe and a workspace.

Dining at Finca Adalgisa

Guests can start the day with espresso, café con leche, tea, yerba mate, or freshly-squeezed juice, sometimes from the Finca's trees. Enjoy eggs from free-range chickens, cheese from a local dairy, and freshly-baked bread. The onsite restaurant offers typical regional food prepared with fresh products. A tapas and wine menu featuring local products is available for dinner. Guests may enjoy caramelized fruit from the clay oven, topped with herbs from the Finca for dessert. Finca Adalgisa offers cooking classes where guests learn to prepare regional dishes, such as Mendocina empanadas in a clay oven and grilled beef and vegetables with chimichurri sauce using Arauco olive oil.

Vineyards and Relaxation

Guests can observe traditional ploughing using horses or, during early fall, the harvest. The charming garden features nooks for reading and sharing yerba mate. A swimming pool and pergola-shaded area allow for enjoying wine during warm days. Guests can relish Malbec every evening at the wine bar, exclusively for hotel guests. Wine from Bodega Furlotti, refined from grapes grown in Lunlunta and Altamira, is available. A glass of wine is offered each evening in a small bodega overlooking the 100-year-old Malbec vines.

Nearby landmarks include Nuestra Senora del Perpetuo Socorro (3 km), Ruta Provincial 52 (4.5 km), Plaza Centro Chacras Espejo (3.5 km), Gonzalo Anton Atelier (3.5 km), Minas de Talco (5 km), Plaza Mall (1 km), and Pozo De Las Animas (4.5 km). The property is near a church, a Sunday fly market, shops and restaurants.
