a charmed stay
genuinely kind stafffree upgradepayment issue
the staff was genuinely kind. they upgraded our room since it was my birthday.. they gathered the information from my passport. the service felt helpful, not intrusive.
i experienced some issues when paying for the stay. my card was pre-authorized multiple times, resulting in several pending transactions. there was also a surprise transaction after i checked out, even though i was told they would use a pre-authorized hold.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea. slippers and towels are available. the lobby and restaurant areas resemble those of luxury hotels. the location is close to two metro lines, m1 and m3.

The staff was very kind and helpful (a warm welcome is always appreciated). I received a complimentary upgrade, a pleasant surprise. The room decor was really nice, and the bed provided excellent comfort.
The air conditioning was not available , I was told that it is only turned on in mid-April.
