Hotel Fauchère, dating from the 1800s, is a 3-minute walk from the Pike County Historical Society and 1.3 miles from Grey Towers National Historic Site. Each guest room features a queen-sized bed with an 11' mattress and a 2' feather bed. Rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. A TV and desk are provided in each air-conditioned room, along with a coffee machine. Bathrooms have free toiletries and bathrobes. Some rooms have a split level, carpeted floor, or parquet floor. Select rooms offer city, garden, or mountain views. The largest rooms include a sitting area, marble and Pennsylvania bluestone bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the private garden. Compact rooms have the same amenities and a marble and bluestone bathroom, plus two windows facing Catharine Street.

The Delmonico Room features fine regional American cuisine in an elegant setting. Bar Louis, located on the ground level, offers a menu that includes sushi pizza and Malanga chips, French Onion Soup and Steak Frites, burgers, fish, hand-made pasta, and vegetarian options. The menu also includes escargots, mussels, fresh oysters, and deviled eggs. Additional items include roasted chicken, bone-in pork chop, seared scallops, Delmonico steak, the Big Louis burger, duck breast, pates de mer, and vegan au poivre. French Onion Soup, Caesar Salad and Beet Salad are also available. Bar Louis also provides a list of cocktails, including Snow Bird, Mont Blanc Sour, Mon Plaisir, The Perfect Pear, Papa Doblé, Le Rendezvous, Broad Street '75', Solstice Margarita, and Smoked Apple Old Fashioned. Brunch is served in Delmo or on the Porch on Sundays from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Dinner service is offered in Bar Louis and on the Porch: Mondays and Thursdays 4:30pm - 8:00pm, Fridays 4:30pm - 9:00pm, Saturdays 4:30pm - 10:00pm. Bar Louis offers beer, including Golden Pheasant, Zywiec, Amstel Light, Stella Artois, Corona Extra, Yuengling Traditional Lager, Coors Light, Heineken, Blue Moon, Hofbräu HefeWeizen and Guinness. Hotel Fauchère offers access to a 70-acre national park within walking distance. Guests can explore the outdoors and learn about Milford's role in conservation history. The newly constructed 35-mile McDade Trail, extending from Stroudsburg to Milford, is open for hiking. A flat boardwalk trail provides access to the base of Dingmans Falls.
