The hotel provides complimentary coffee in the lobby. Fresh towels were available daily.
The room I booked was small, and there wasn't enough space to open both suitcases. I found the lack of space inconvenient .

good location friendly staff helpful staff small rooms limited room small bathroom
the hotel's location was really good, especially because it was close to a big department store. many restaurants and shops were also nearby, around a temple (i liked having so many options!). the staff were friendly and happy to help, so i always felt supported.
the rooms felt a little small to me. i needed to store luggage under the bed because there was no cupboard (this was a bit inconvenient). the bathroom was also quite small, so there was limited room to move around.
