the front desk staff was very accommodating specifically ms julia and sir david. the location was close to attractions and tourist areas. i found the proximity convenient. the hotel assisted with navigating the city.

the room included a refrigerator and a balcony. complimentary bottled water was provided daily. breakfast was included and it offered many selections. the room looked clean without any smoking smell.

fantastic stay near hoan kiem lake

convenient locationhelpful staffstreet noise

i found the location really convenient. it was an easy walk to many main attractions. the staff were also helpful with recommendations and bookings for local tours. i appreciated the luggage storage as i traveled around north vietnam.

the sound insulation could use improvement as street noise was noticeable at night. this made it a little difficult to fall asleep quickly some evenings. i think better windows would really help.
