really good activitiesamazing staffdelicious foodmodern design
the kids club offered really good activities my children really enjoyed it the staff was amazing especially the animators they had so much energy and creativity the all-inclusive experience was very convenient with diverse and delicious food choices the hotel's cleanliness and modern design was very good all staff were helpful polite and always smiling ready to assist with any request
the drink bar had lower quality options but it was still acceptable for our needs

staff members were always helpful and kind they quickly addressed requests and maintained a positive attitude the team worked efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay it contributed significantly to a positive atmosphere.

the all-inclusive buffet had a wide variety of choices the food quality was generally good they provided options suitable for both adults and children a snack bar offered additional options between main meals.

the big free parking was convenient.
The ac was not very effective. The room felt humid. there were also weird sounds during the night. it was quite distracting.
