The staff was polite, especially the receptionist. The environment was cool.

I found the rooms messy. The carpets were very dirty, and the bathrooms were poorly cleaned. The blankets and water pipes also seemed unhygienic to me (a serious issue).

The buffet breakfast had plenty of dishes and tasted great. I REALLY liked the ABC juice every morning. It felt very refreshing. The rooms are big, and it HAD all the amenities of a four-star hotel.

The rooms was messy and I saw carpets very dirty. Bathrooms were poorly cleaned I think. Blankets and water pipes looked unhygienic too. I do not understand the high rating this place has.
