the breakfast was good. there was a bar and a restaurant. an italian restaurant called focaccia was very close.

nobody helped with the luggage. the rooms were not cleaned for four days except once the bed was made. there were no water bottles in the room.

I was not happy because I did not get room service for a day. That is why you received 4.5 scale for cleanliness. hotel was great but that was disappointing.
