the room was big. it had a generous size for japan. everything was spotlessly clean after the daily cleaning and the beds was comfortable. i found the bedding to be nice and high quality.
i noticed the cleaner placed my clothes on the luggage rack. i thought it unhygienic to place personal items there. the conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom was not refilled during my entire stay, it was inconvenient.
