Wonderful stay in the city
helpful staff small balcony many choices quick resolution
The reception staff were helpful providing directions. My room had a small balcony. It was a nice addition. The breakfast buffet included many choices. Staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the room's temperature (it was quickly resolved).
The gym equipment is somewhat dated, but still usable.

The breakfast had MANY options. I REALLY appreciated that the hotel had a bar with many drink choices.

polite staff helpful location good lift room change
i found the staff polite and helpful. its practical location near the metro made getting around easy. the lift was a definite plus and breakfast was REALLY good. the hotel responded positively to my request for a room change.
my room felt a bit too basic for a longer stay. i didn't find any serious flaws.
