Mountain Dining

The Evergreen features a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in various settings, including a dining room, front porch, tavern, and open-air covered patio. The restaurant serves dishes such as Root Beer Braised Beef Short Rib and Oven-Roasted Rainbow Trout. The tavern offers specialty drinks, craft beers, and a wine list. The General Store offers coffee, breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. The Pool Bar provides happy hour and summer barbecues.
