room noise unhelpful staff
The repairs in a nearby room were unbelievably disruptive. Drilling noises echoed through the walls during the afternoon. I expected some peace after walking the Camino, but that wasn't happening. The noise outside my room, specifically #101, kept me awake most of the night!!! I reported this to the front desk at 3:30 AM only to be told it was normal. This was far from acceptable.

central location friendly staff easy parking
the hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . i especially liked the easy parking in the hotel garage.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy and not very effective.

the double or twin room featured fresh bedding and towels. the beds were indeed comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring. artwork adorned the corridors near the roomswith a nice artistic touch.

reception staff were professional and helpful. the staff spoke english well, which helped with communication. i found the receptionists to be so nice and very kind.

adequate stay, some drawbacks
non-functioning television noisy air conditioning
the location was acceptable and conveniently close to many attractions.
The television in my room did not function at all. this was disappointing as i wanted to relax after a long day, however, i was unable to. furthermore, the air conditioning was quite noisy. This made it difficult to sleep well.

Acceptable but Underwhelming Stay
slow check-in process paint smell
The hotel featured artwork throughout the premises.
The check-in process was notably slow. The room smelled strongly of paint, which gave me a headache, especially since I needed to recover from the Camino. The front desk could not resolve the issue. The tv also did not work.
