Important Information

Especen Hotel is one of the first mini hotels built since the 1990s. Note that there is a beauty saloon instead at the lobby and the reception desk is at the next door, just ten steps walk distant. Other addresses with name Especen are FAKE. Be careful of some "street boys " who always have the hotel cards to show you at a bus stop.

I get mixed signals; some report clean, comfortable rooms, while others describe significant cleanliness issues, including mold and dirty linens. This inconsistency makes it hard to recommend without reservation, despite the helpfulness of the reception staff.”
