Acceptable stay, several issues noted
loud a c dated furniture
The location was acceptable and within walking distance to malls and restaurants.
The air conditioning was very loud, and it made sleeping difficult. there was a strange smell in the apartment (perhaps from it not being used). The furniture seemed quite dated and not properly maintained.

The apartment was bigger than i thought! a working dryer was available in the unit. It was so convenient. there are many cafes and a 24-hour mart just below the hotel. i loved how close i was to everything.
i found that the maintenance could have been better.

this hotel is centrally placed. it is close enough to the main attractions and restaurants. the hotel is quiet enough to enjoy peace and relaxation. everything was 100% from the location to the staff!!!

the rooms are spacious, elegant, and super clean. the apartments are very large. the bed is comfortable and has all the amenities needed. i especially loved the attention to detail and little touches!!!

bad cleaning breakfast coupons
The washing facilities were available. That was acceptable.
The cleaning service was not good, they did not even vacuum. the reception staff did not seem to care when this was mentioned. also, breakfast coupons were issued as if it were 1999. A bit archaic really.

amazing apartment vibes!
spacious apartment great views useful machine
The apartment was spacious. i had amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, including the petronas towers. the in-room washing machine and dryer were very useful. I packed light. the pool area had a great tropical vibe.
The staff were not always friendly.

I noticed breakfast had limited options. It allowed only one dish and one tea. i think more variety would be nice? however, the quality of what was offered was good and fresh. i think everyone deserves choice.

adequate but disappointing
faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff
the location was good, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning in the room barely worked. the television was old and had poor reception, limiting our entertainment options. the staff were unhelpful when i requested a room change due to the faulty air conditioning, i found this disappointing.
