comfortable stay with excellent service!
fast check-in smiling face helpful staff organized help
i found the reception staff provided fast check-in! i noticed many smiling faces around, and it really felt comfortable! jayani and yuresha were helpful to me. mr nipun and mr chamith even helped me find my bag, which i appreciated so much.
The food layout could have had a better flow for the buffet. It felt a bit scattered and some dishes seemed mismatched, a slight organizational issue.

The restaurant's ambience was very nice! our waiter yasil was helpful and attentive. Service was quick! the dishes tasted delicious. The restaurant seemed clean and well-managed, so i enjoyed the soup of the day very much.

the rooms had a nice, clean feel! there were also several tourist guides available. the pool and premises offered a soothing environment! ms. kamani, ms. malar, ms. udeshi, and mr sachithi were all very helpful and accommodating .

reasonable prices delicious biriyani efficient service
I had a nice lunch at the Alhambra Restaurant. I found the menu prices reasonable and the Mutton Biriyani delicious. The hotel location is very close to the Galle Face area. I appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out.
The pool lacked shade for the loungers.

The location was great. It was near the promenade area. The breakfast offered nice options. I enjoyed the variety and the taste.
The check in process, was a bit slow. I had to wait for a while. The rooms do seem rather old. It seems as if they require updating.
