The front office staff (Malik Mehran was really good) provided superb assistance throughout my stay. Housekeeping was attentive, ensuring a consistently clean environment. The location is excellent. I found the staff to be very friendly, which enhanced the overall experience.

I encountered some Wi-Fi connectivity issues, which caused minor disruptions to my work schedule (nothing too major, though).

waleed khan was very helpful prior to my arrival (i really appreciated that) and offered a choice of excellent rooms. all staff members, including security, were attentive. breakfast offered a great selection of delicious foods, and the restaurant staff were excellent. i also found the location very convenient.

the elevator was a bit slow and small. this resulted in longer waiting times, especially during busy periods (but i did not mind it much).

the staff was friendly and cute upon my arrival after a long flight. my room was spacious it included complimentary bottled water. the air conditioning worked well keeping the room cool and comfortable. the bed was comfortable i slept well.

the hotel corridors were noisy due to families children were playing outside my room. this was disruptive.
