The location was excellent. It was super easy to reach the beach. The inner courtyard is beautiful. I listened to the parakeets. It was lovely!

The shower head was broken. It really could be updated! The staff was efficient, but they lacked friendliness. It was disappointing. No personality...

The location was really good and provided easy access to local attractions. I found the staff helpful. They provided prompt service and maintained a cute attitude (always smiling!). Breakfast offered a decent selection. I especially liked the kettle, tea, and milk provided in the room. It was a thoughtful touch.

The furniture in the room seemed a bit old.

i found the staff to be very helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). the location was really good. i also liked the traditional spanish style of the hotel.

my room was not well ventilated. there was no air conditioning, and only a fan provided. the room was also quite small. i feel the hotel needs some modernisation to function properly.

Historic charm and helpful staff

excellent location helpful staff relaxing courtyard

The location proved excellent, and the courtyard offered a very nice area to relax after a long day. I was stranded during local power cuts and the reception staff helped me . One staff member even took my luggage and me in her own car to a taxi rank so I could get to the airport on time..

The facilities are limited, mainly because of the building's antiquity. the shower head was broken and could easily be updated. I found that to be a bit of a letdown .
