charming stay!
helpful staff good variety spacious room
location was great with very helpful staff. breakfast had good variety. my room was cleaned daily and it was very spacious. i really liked the old elevator, it was so charming!
the tv had very few channels.

my double room had ample space, it also included a comfortable bed. i slept well every night. the room also included a big window that let in a lot of light.

The hotel was close to the Vatican City. This location was amazing. I really liked that the staff allowed us to bring a packed breakfast. The breakfast had great quality food, just enough to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The room was a bit loud. I could hear noises from the hallway, like people using the stairs.

All the personnel were very attentive, friendly, and professional. Viju was particularly helpful, great to bring a packed breakfast since we had an early departure for the airport.

i really liked the staff. diane helped me when i had some reservation issues. he changed rooms for me so i could stay another night. customer service was important.
