decent stay in a historic building

helpful staff beautiful building excellent food bathroom door unpleasant odors poor lighting

the staff was nice and helpful. they assisted with luggage up the steep stairs. arranging taxis was also easy. the building is beautiful and the rooms are full of local charm. the food at the restaurant was excellent too.

the bathroom lacked a door. i noticed some unpleasant odors . the lighting in the room was quite poor. the towels looked worn out. the stairs are exhausting. there were incomplete amenities.
