El Silencio Lodge & Spa Costa Rica has 24 suites and villas with private outdoor hot tubs. These accommodations provide access to the Poas Volcano. The sound of nature is audible. Two-Bedroom Suites feature separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom; the master bedroom has a king bed, and the second room has two queen beds. Each suite has a private outdoor viewing deck with handcrafted rocking chairs and a heated outdoor jacuzzi. Villas include amenities such as kitchenettes, lounging, dining, and reading areas. Riverside Villas feature a vast deck and two private outdoor heated whirlpools. Three-Bedroom Villas include a full kitchen, living spaces, and a fireplace.
Farm-to-Table Dining
Las Ventanas Restaurant sources ingredients from its organic mini-farm, with Costa Rican, Peruvian, and Mediterranean flavors. The dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows with forest views for breakfast and lunch. Toro Bohemio Bar offers local and classic cocktails, and an extensive wine list. Sofia's Coffee & Pastries serves Costa Rican coffee and pastries. Private dining experiences are available at Rancho Orquideas on a covered deck overlooking the Gorrión River. Juan Castro Blanco and Poás Volcano National Parks are nearby. La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano's hot springs are two hours away. The lodge recommends a 4x4 vehicle, but private transportation is available. El Silencio's trails are shrouded by dense forest that awakes early to the chirps and calls of stunning birds. The Eco-Concierge will guide you along paths that trace a pristine creek.
