The hotel provides access to the exotic beach of Eastern Crete and the largest natural colony of palm trees in Europe. Interesting towns in the area include Agios Nikolaos, which has a salt-water lake. The island of Spinalonga is located opposite the village of Elounda, with small boats offering trips daily from Elounda port.
