Our connecting rooms were so convenient for our family! The hotel provided a big parking lot, very useful. Breakfast was excellent. I loved the food and service. The hotel location is also ideal, just a short walk to the city center.

I noticed that the staff in the restaurant seemed a little short-handed.

the upgrade to a master suite was a good surprise , and it enhanced the entire experience. breakfast offered many choices , all of very good quality. i also received a nice gift bag upon arrival , a thoughtful touch that was unexpected.

the elevator was a bit slow , but i was not in a rush.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. They assisted with all requests. the room has a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and soundproofing. breakfast has many options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i liked the included access to the Pacha club.

the pool area felt small, and there weren't enough loungers for all guests.
