El Monte Sagrado provides rooms, Native American-inspired suites, historic casitas, Premiere and Global Suites. Global Suites include 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 full bathrooms and a private exterior courtyard. Premiere Suites are inspired by Egypt, Bali, and Tibet. Taos accommodations feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a courtyard, living and dining areas. Native American-inspired suites have Kiva-style fireplaces and private patios or balconies. Some rooms feature hand-painted walls, gilded floral stenciling, custom iron and wood king-size beds, and gas fireplaces with mineral stone inlays.

De La Tierra Restaurant serves regional and seasonal American dishes, inspired by international and local influences. The restaurant also features a garden courtyard. Anaconda Bar features signature drinks and creative cuisine in a visually stimulating environment. The bar offers live entertainment, happy hour, a light dining menu, and a seasonal outdoor patio. De La Tierra's dinner menu includes dishes such as Red Chile Roasted Meyers Ranch Beef Tenderloin and Harissa Braised Lamb Shank. The Wine Room features a Mediterranean motif.

El Monte Sagrado features a saltwater pool, two hydrotherapy tubs, and The Living Spa, which uses natural and organic products such as 'Sagrado' by Body Bliss. The Sacred Circle offers an area for post-treatment meditation among willow and cottonwood trees. The fitness center provides a Peloton bike, treadmills, free weights, medicine balls, mats, and elliptical trainers. Guests can engage in outdoor adventures including fishing, hiking, rafting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, Jeep tours, narrow gauge railroad riding, rock climbing, and skiing. El Monte Sagrado is 20 miles from Taos Ski Valley, which comprises 110 trails over nearly 1,300 acres with a 3,281-foot vertical drop.

El Monte Sagrado is located in the mountains of Northern New Mexico, near waterfalls, ponds, and cottonwood trees and 15 km from Taos Regional Airport. It offers a complimentary shuttle service to the Plaza for shopping. Taos Ski Valley is 30 minutes away. Guests can take the 341 TSV Green bus for fare-free service to the Taos Ski Valley.
