Elies Resorts has 33 rooms, suites, and villas on 50 acres. Room options include standard rooms, junior suites, and executive pool villas. All rooms have a king-size bed and a sitting area. Villas add kitchens, large living rooms, and jacuzzi tubs. Executive Pool Villas have two bedrooms, a golf cart for on-site use, and a separate maid's room. Balconies feature sea views. Amenities include air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV.
Mediterranean Dining
Psammos Restaurant provides Mediterranean cuisine, modern haute cuisine dishes, and local products for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The day starts with coffee, à la carte dishes, and a buffet. The Alkimo Pool Bar offers an all-day menu with local and international dishes. It also serves cocktails and spirits and remains open until 01:00. The hotel can host wine tasting dinners with Greek winemakers and sommelier Giorgos Loukas.
Leisure Facilities
Elies Resorts has a Holmes Place Spa & Fitness Club, which includes a treatment room, hammam, sauna, and jacuzzi. Manicure and pedicure services are available. Location and Activities
Elies Resorts is in Vathi of Sifnos, expanding from the Cycladic hills to the beach. The hotel is close to Vathi Beach (1 km). Sifnos Trails program routes are available, with new signage and difficulty levels. Boat trips can be arranged to Polyeagos - Kimolos, Fikiada - Chrysopigi, and around Sifnos or Milos.
