basic breakfast paper-thin walls
the location was acceptable, approximately 10 minutes by foot to the town center.
The breakfast selection left much to be desired. It was quite basic. the coffee tasted like it came from a machine using pre-prepared coffee from a box. the walls were thin. Noisy neighbors disrupted any attempts at relaxation, and the staff seemed unconcerned about resolving the disturbance.

the resort was quite large with many pools.
the bar service was slow, a bit of a drag when trying to relax poolside. i think more staff during peak hours would really help.

small room no bathroom lock
the breakfast buffet included a variety of options.
My first room it was small and not clean, i guess. the sink was outside the bathroom. Seems odd. the bathroom door, get this, had no lock. so much for privacy.

convenient location easy access helpful staff
i found the location to be convenient. it was only a few minutes walk to the center of fira. the hotel provides easy access to local shops and restaurants. the staff also helped to organize day trips and provided useful information.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. rooms were spacious and clean with room service available every day for fresh towels. breakfast had a wide variety of food and tasted good. i found the location to be excellent, a short walk to the town center.
