the location was acceptable, approximately 10 minutes by foot to the town center.

The breakfast selection left much to be desired. It was quite basic. the coffee tasted like it came from a machine using pre-prepared coffee from a box. the walls were thin. Noisy neighbors disrupted any attempts at relaxation, and the staff seemed unconcerned about resolving the disturbance.
