the rooms was spacious according to city standards and very clean. i will definitely return to this hotel in the future. the staff were friendly. there was complimentary water and coffee daily.
rooms were very small. we booked rooms with double beds too, but were given queens. the key cards we had did randomly stop working.

Great hotel
amazing viewfresh water
I found that the customer service was very fantastic. They assisted with our requests and provided a voucher for breakfast for a day. I had an amazing view of the Empire State Building. Fresh water in the lobby, and a location close to everything was very convenient.
I am unsure about any negative aspects .

The gym had good equipment! there were three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the location was also very convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions.
the bathroom door was hard to close. there was also no view from the room. i expected better, especially for the price.
