adequate stay, some issues found

single bedcovers ac issue

the location was great, it was close to everything.

the extra-large bed was two single beds pushed together with two single bedcovers. this was not comfortable. the ac did not work and i heard singing, screaming, and shouting until 5am every night when the window was open.

i found the location excellent near the main square. everything was within easy walking distance. the staff was helpful and provided tips and a map. the room was very spacious and clean.

the tv only had channels in one language, i found this limiting, especially since there were no subtitle options available. it made the tv unusable.

central location comfy bed helpful staff

The location was superb, very close to the main square. i found the room very clean and the bed really comfy. A perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. the staff was very helpful, and i appreciated how quickly they responded to my questions.

the pillows were slightly too large for my liking.

Some Issues During My Stay

unfulfilled request poor breakfast

The hotel's location was quite good. It's near the center.

My double bed request went unfulfilled. I was told the hotel was fully booked and housekeeping would push two singles together the next morning. This never happened! Breakfast was not worth the price, with limited bacon, beans, and sausage left at 10 am and minimal replenishment when asked. I ended up eating toast when a nearby cafe offered a better breakfast for the same price.

i found the staff helpful, particularly with arranging an airport transfer before arrival. the room i stayed in was spacious with cleanliness that i appreciated. the location provided convenient access to many sites. this helped.

smart tv great location

I stayed in the beautiful single room for 3 nights. The room had a smart TV and internet, something I found very useful. The location was GREAT!!!

The room's window provided limited access to daylight.
