The Eldridge Hotel features suites with two rooms, each offering a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a separate living room with chairs and a flat-screen television. Some suites include French doors, a King size bed with a ceiling fan, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, a dining table, plus a wet bar with a mini fridge and a microwave. The Grand Corner King Suite provides a view of 7th and Massachusetts streets, plus a wet bar with a mini fridge in the foyer. The hotel also offers the Honeymoon Suite, with an oversized two-person shower and a wet bar. The Eldridge Extended, one block from The Eldridge, provides extended-stay suites, each with a king-size bed and an economy kitchen. Some suites at The Eldridge Extended have a separate sitting area with lounge chairs and a flat panel television. The second-largest room at The Eldridge Extended includes a full kitchen and a two-headed, two-person walk-in shower.

Eldridge House Grille features a contemporary American menu with Kansas City hand-cut steaks, seafood, pasta, and a wine list. Oatmeal is available made to order, with dried craisins, brown sugar, almonds, fruit, or toast.
