Spa Suites measure 420 square feet and feature a glass wall with Pacific Ocean views, a private deck, a king bed, and a queen-sized sofa/bed. Ocean View Suites have king-size four-poster beds, French doors to a private veranda with ocean views, and a sitting room. The two-bedroom Owner's Suite, suitable for two couples, includes two king-size beds. Each room includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a safety deposit box. Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm.

Castillo's Kitchen offers an extensive menu all day and into the evening. Dinner specialties include Frutti Di Mari, Pacific Catch of the Day, Grilled Octopus, Garlic Shrimp, fresh caught tuna, and coconut seafood soup. Many dishes incorporate elements of Costa Rican culture, such as Casedo, Arrachera, and Ceviche. Most ingredients come from local farmers or fishermen hand-picked by the chef. The dedicated staff can create the ambiance you envision for events.
Activities & Wellness
El Castillo offers a spa room with treatments administered by professionals. Treatments include facials for cleansing and hydration, with scalp, neck, and hand massages. Full-body massages use local ingredients, followed by a wrap and gentle massage to the face, head, and feet. Activities include snorkeling in Cano Island's waters, ziplining at Osa Mountain, surfing lessons, whale and dolphin watching, kayaking through mangroves, ATV tours through the jungle, whitewater rafting on the Savegre River, rappelling down waterfalls, and hiking Corcovado National Park.
Location & Access
El Castillo is located on the south central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, 35 km from Aeropuerto de Palmar Sur. It is near Ojochal, close to Dominical and Uvita. Beaches nearby include Playa Ventanas with its rock caves, Playa Piñuela with views of Isla Ballena, and Playa Uvita known for its Whale's Tail Formation. Garza Island beach is a five-minute boat ride away.
