Edison Beach House provides studios and apartments. All rooms feature air conditioning, a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen, towels, and a patio with a sea view. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Each suite has a washing machine and dryer. Apartments include one or two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms.
Dining and Grilling
Each suite includes a kitchen. A courtyard grill is available for guest use. The Times Square area, a short walk from the hotel, features restaurants.
Leisure at Edison
Edison Beach House offers a heated Gulf front freshwater pool. Guests have access to the beach. Jet ski tours are available for viewing dolphins and manatees. Fort Myers Beach farmer's markets sell local goods until the end of May. A fishing pier is near the hotel, no fishing license is required.

“This beachfront property is still undergoing post-hurricane repairs, but the location can't be beat. While some may find the ongoing construction and somewhat sparse amenities a drawback, the comfortable beds and in-suite kitchens offer a solid foundation. It's a good enough value if you're prioritizing beach access and a place to lay your head after a day in the sun.”
