considerable noise insufficient apology
I found considerable noise at 6:20 AM. Cleaning staff were loud with their screaming against each other. I addressed this with the office. Their apology felt insufficient. the sauna was out of service. The jacuzzi registered only 24 degrees Celsius. An additional 40 minutes produced a negligible increase to 24.5 degrees.
