the location is quite central. the metro station is a short walk away. i appreciated the quick check-in and check-out. the reception staff was very helpful. they remembered my name when i returned after a trip.
The breakfast selection felt somewhat limited. It would benefit from a wider array of options.

The hotel is near the Monastiraki Metro station with direct lines from the airport. It takes a short walk from the metro station to reach the hotel. The staff were polite and ready to help. Boris welcomed me and patiently explained every place on the map!
The hotel lacked a kettle or coffee machine. I missed being able to make coffee in the room. There were no such facilities in the reception either.

The staff offered excellent service and spoke good English, which helped a lot. The reception operates 24 hours, so I felt safe and supported. Their support contributed positively to my overall visit!

the hotel was close to many attractions. the staff were really helpful and always available. breakfast included a good variety of items. i found the front desk staff to be amazing! and very helpful.
the room's isolation was not great. streets nearby were super noisy. the mattress was not very comfortable. i also found the curtains let a lot of light in. the facilities seemed a bit old.

I was really surprised by the hotel's proximity to major attractions. It's just a short walk to the acropolis. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the room to be very clean and the air conditioning worked well which was a plus.
The noise from the street was pretty loud. The windows didn't block it well. it was difficult to sleep some nights.

Breakfast included many options. I found the variety satisfying. the coffee tasted very good and many fresh products were available. it was a great way to start each day before exploring the city.
