friendly staff convenient location limited breakfast variety few loungers
the staff were very friendly. i practiced my spanish there, a language i adore. the hotel is near the ado station. the rooms are basic, but they have a lovely hot shower.
the breakfast lacked variety. i would have liked some oatmeal or yogurt. there were not many loungers by the pool.

a nice stay
sharp knives gas stovetop good transport options
the staff responded quickly to my messages prior to my arrival. this made my planning smooth. there were good public transport options nearby. a kitchenette was available, complete with sharp knives and a gas stovetop.
the breakfast wasn't amazing.

my standard double room felt cozy. cool mayan paintings decorated the walls. the air conditioning was efficient and kept the room cool.

i found many nice restaurants and cafes around the area. i had chilaquiles for breakfast, and they were yummy!!! i liked the complimentary breakfast.

close location restaurant options relaxing space poor air conditioning unhelpful staff no repairs
the hotel is very close to the main bus station. i found many restaurant options nearby. the pool was nice. hammocks provided a relaxing space.
the air conditioning did not work well in my room. i was sweating a lot. the front desk staff was not helpful when i reported the issue. they didn't send anyone to fix it.
