wonderful experience, super clean and friendly

The staff was very cute. The hotel itself was always clean. rooms were a good size. they included necessities like air conditioning and a mini fridge. the location was good. It was a quiet area within walking distance of beaches and restaurants.

i was not impressed that the nicer dining room was reserved for people staying on a half-board basis. they were able to reserve their table for the entire breakfast service. those on b&b had to find a table in a rather soulless second dining room.

the standard double or twin room had air conditioning and a mini fridge. fresh towels and toiletries were provided. the room featured a lovely view, too.

the pool area was clean and beds were available. there is free parking inside the gate and in the garage when space allows. a shuttle bus stop is nearby, a couple of minutes walk away.

small room slow housekeeping

the location was acceptable and close to a bus stop, nice for easy travel to nearby attractions.

The room was quite small and lacked sufficient power outlets. Charging devices was a challenge. housekeeping was slow. Rooms were often not cleaned until late in the afternoon.. this interfered with rest times. breakfast felt disorganized. Reserved tables made finding a seat difficult.

wonderful stay!

modern room warm hot tub extra towel

the hotel rooms felt modern and clean. the pool offered a shallow area perfect. i found extra towels, robes, slippers, flip flops, and pool towels. an extra duvet and pillows, really useful.

the air conditioning was not available as advertised. it's only available after may 1st, and the room was too hot at night.

The location is great. I could easily catch buses to other areas. it took 30-40 minutes to walk to town, alternatively there was a shuttle bus available. peschiera train station provides a free shuttle to gardaland, movieland, and the aqua park.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. they provided gluten-free meals. the staff even organized breakfast 30 minutes early on two days so we could leave for the track on time.
