stocked fridge friendly staff perfect location
The staff welcomed me warmly and I felt immediately at ease. My room had a mini fridge stocked with milk in a glass bottle, a nice touch. The location was ideal. It was a short distance to many attractions.
The bathroom was not directly connected to my room, requiring a short walk across the landing.

My room included a comfortable bed. a smart TV. Thoughtful decor and fittings made my Double Room more homely. The bathroom had all necessary toiletries and fresh towels daily.

Though breakfast isn't in the hotel itself, it is at the nearby golf club. The full fried breakfast overlooking the golf course was great! I enjoyed the food and the scenery there.

helpful staff warm welcome beautiful view
The staff are fantastic and very helpful. I received a warm welcome. The location is in a nice village. Breakfast is included and served at the nearby golf course with beautiful views.
The decor is a bit dated.

dirty bathroom pixel issues
the room was reasonably priced.
the bathroom wasn't clean at all! dust covered many surfaces and i even found some hairs in the shower. also the tv had pixel issues.

a enchanting escape
real warmth great food solo travel
The staff showed real warmth and kindness. the pub offered great food. Every dish was a delight. i really appreciated that i felt secure and welcomed as a solo female traveler, providing comfort.
The bathroom cleanliness needs more attention. I noticed some spots that could be improved. i'm sure future guests would appreciate that change!!!

tiny bathroom difficult window
The bathroom was TINY. Opening the window was a challenge. It seemed like I was doing some weird escape room puzzle, not just trying to get some fresh air. The whole experience was less than stellar.

gritty carpet severe pixel
The pub downstairs provided good food, very practical after a long day.
The room carpet felt gritty to my feet. Two smoke alarm bases were empty. I saw no alarms. The TV displayed severe pixel problems. It needs replacing.
