the location is GREAT for access to the town. staff members were really helpful and friendly. the double room was a great size and really clean. food tasted really good.

The breakfast choices included lots of fruit. THE Perth sausages were lovely. A short cut over the railway line means only 5 / 10 mins into town. I found this very convenient.
The family room was clean but somewhat cramped.
