the location is GREAT for access to the town. staff members were really helpful and friendly. the double room was a great size and really clean. food tasted really good.
The restaurant and bar closed early. This was slightly disappointing. I would have liked later hours.

Breakfast offered a fantastic view. The dining room was lovely. The staff demonstrated helpfulness . I enjoyed the breakfast menu that had great options. There was ample parking available, which I appreciated.
The bar closed relatively early. This limited evening options within the hotel.

The breakfast choices included lots of fruit. THE Perth sausages were lovely. A short cut over the railway line means only 5 / 10 mins into town. I found this very convenient.
The family room was clean but somewhat cramped.

the walk to town reminded me of a gentle embrace. the breakfast view was amazing i savored each moment. parking was easy and accessible a true relief. i found the staff so attentive and cute making the stay feel personal.
