wonderful stay by the lake!!!

i found the staff friendly. they were helpful at reception, in the restaurant, at the bar, and throughout the hotel. the free public bus service to town and pistes stopped right outside, convenient. i especially liked the balcony with a pretty lake view. my room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable.

the setting is fabulous near the lake and surrounding woodland, perfect for a leisurely walk. access to activities like walking, running, and cycling is very easy. the hotel is just a short bus ride to a ski-lift.

the staff was accommodating and always polite, i really appreciated that. the taxi service was excellent when i missed the last bus. the hotel provided great service, and i thank them for making my stay a success.

The room was small for two people. We also had a small window. The restaurant was not well soundproofed, bothersome.

the staff was consistently helpful, always ready with directions. the hotel offered electric bicycles for rent allowing easy exploration of the area. i enjoyed the free parking which was very close to both the hotel and the lake.

The room lacked adequate storage. There wasn't much space for clothes or personal items.
