Fantastic Experience!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The front desk team arranged private transport to the airport for my whole group. It was a seamless experience and they were very responsive before and . I will highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again!

The room had some handy amenities that were missing, such as cloths hangers in the bathroom and the room. Only a wardrobe with few hangers was available. I found the door open when I returned at night after spending the whole day out.

The hotel has a prime location surrounded by pubs, bars, and cafes. This is the perfect spot to experience the lively atmosphere. Access to the metro and buses was quite easy!

The staff is very friendly. The front desk provided excellent assistance in arranging transportation. They were also very helpful with directions and recommendations for local attractions. The service was AMAZING!!!

The staff are very nice. They helped me with everything I asked. Free coffee was available to me and very handy. The location is perfect and on a very charming street.

the location was great near many restaurants and coffee shops. the young man at the front desk waited for me and sent a message to check if everything was fine. i appreciate that.

the room smelled bad, like a toilet with humidity. i feel like i could get asthma here. the staff didn't seem to care when i told them about the smell.

this place had a peaceful atmosphere after long days. the bed felt soft, and the sheets seemed clean. i found the lighting created a cozy feeling. i think i slept soundly there.

sound insulation was definitely an issue. i could hear noises from other rooms very clearly. the air conditioning didn't work properly one day. cold air came in through the window
