“This hotel sits right in Cilaos, a prime spot for exploring the town; from what I've gathered, the staff are truly exceptional, and the rooms maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Some rooms facing the street pick up a bit of noise, and air conditioning isn't standard, but its central location and attentive service strike me as real advantages.”
