Hotel-Residence Au Sable Blanc provides self-catering studios and apartments with a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. The comfort studios, located on the first floor of the new hotel building, are more modest than the 50m² apartments. The studios, around 25 m2, are on the first floor of the main building, behind the sea view apartments. Apartments facing the sea are on the first floor of the building on the beach. Waterfront apartments are on the ground floor of the first building with direct beach access. Deluxe apartments, with sea view balconies, are on the second floor of the second wing. Accommodations include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Some units feature a sea view terrace or balcony with deckchairs and a hammock. Each apartment has a dining table, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and a private shower with hot water.
Breakfast and Dining
Breakfast is served at the cafeteria on the 3rd floor of the 2nd building, offering a panoramic sea view. Breakfast includes a hot drink, natural juice, a plate of fruit, eggs, breads, pastries, pancakes, butter, jam, and honey. Special breakfast requests can be accommodated with advance notice. A half-board option includes dinner or lunch.
Leisure Activities
Guests can engage in scuba diving and fishing. A diving center, located 50m from the hotel in Madirokely, is recognized by EDA, CMAS, and PADI. Fishing trips to appropriate sites around Nosy Be can be arranged. Whale safaris to observe humpback whales and whale sharks are available from July to October. The bay of Madirokely is suitable for relaxation and water sports. Excursions to nearby islands like Nosy Komba, Nosy Tanikely, and Nosy Iranja are available.
Location and Access
Hotel-Residence Au Sable Blanc is situated on the bay of Madirokely in Nosy Be, 25 km from Fascene Airport. To reach the residence from the airport, take the road to Madirokely or follow its beach. Ambatoloaka, known for its bars and restaurants, is a 10-minute trip along the beach. The hotel provides free airport transfer for stays of 14 nights or more in a Sea View Apartment or a Waterfront Apartment.

The Hotel-Residence Au Sable Blanc offers a parking service. Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Laundry service is available for 4€ per kg. The hotel provides generator service during power outages from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Included in the price: accommodation, generator, water, electricity, household linen, interview, guarding, access to the cafeteria, to the library and books and access to fiber optic wifi.
