Drummond Island Resort, located on the north shore of Drummond Island, offers lodge-style rooms and vacation rental cabins. Lodge rooms have mini-fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers. Some bungalows provide fireplaces. Bungalows feature a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware in the well-fitted kitchen, a barbecue and a balcony with lake views. Some rooms have air conditioning.

Drummond Island Resort features seasonal dining. Pins Bar & Grill, open from April to November, offers pizza, daily specials, and Happy Hour pricing. Pins also offers a private dining area. Bayside Dining, open Spring, Summer, and Fall, provides an upscale waterfront experience. The 19th Hole, located in the pro shop, offers a full bar and grab-and-go snacks. The convenience store on the property has muffins, danishes, granola bars, and juices. From Pins Bar & Grill culinary team serves flavorful pub fare. At Bayside Dining the culinary team makes the most of Michigan's freshest ingredients. Continental Breakfast is provided daily from 7:30 am to 10:30 am in the main lodge upper sitting area as part of the Endless Summer Getaway.

Drummond Island Resort provides outdoor activities across 2,000 acres. Guests can explore hiking trails, Turtle Ridge ORV Park for off-roading, and The Rock golf course. A tubing hill offers family fun. The resort has courts for tennis, pickleball, and badminton. The Rock golf course features 11 miles of groomed cross country trails.
