Suites at Drift House
Drift House, located in Port Fairy at the end of Australia's Great Ocean Road, features suites with design and use of materials. Suites include a bathroom, seating areas, and a Maxi-bar. Wi-Fi is available. Suite One, in the original Victorian bluestone building, has a veranda, an open fireplace, and a stone bath. Suite Two is on the first floor of the original building and has a balcony. Suite Three includes timber and polished concrete, plus a courtyard with an open fireplace. Suite Four offers floor-to-ceiling louvres and a TV projector. Suite Five is located in the Edwardian villa and includes a veranda and garden. Even the smallest suite is roughly twice the size of an average hotel room.
Dining at Drift House
Drift House provides dining options, from a-la-carte breakfast to dinners. The Salon transforms into a cafe, serving a menu with local produce and artisan products. The Salon also offers a Spanish-inspired dinner menu. The hotel serves aperitifs, cocktails, and local wines from 6 pm, accompanied by pre-dinner snacks.
