Amazing Experience!

good breakfast amazing service helpful reception

Breakfast was good, and the Concierge Service was AMAZING!!! The receptions were friendly and helpful. I found the location pretty good too. Walking distance to many local eateries, and the famous Beijing Lu was a plus.

I found that the WiFi connection was very bad. This made it difficult to book a ride.

The room was spacious and well appointed. It included a bathroom with a bath and shower. I had access to the lounge with food and drinks at 2:30 pm and 6 pm daily.

The hotel is in an area convenient to every place. It is within walking distance to landmarks and tourist spots. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. I found getting around very easy.

Staff spoke English and were super clean, an advantage for international travelers. The concierge provided capable and competent service. They also were very available to help clients when needed. The staff delivered great service.

Excellent Hotel Experience

professional staff efficient concierge well kept gym

The staff was very professional and accommodating . Winnie at the reception provided great service. I noted the efficiency of the concierge team. The gym was well kept and offered several machines.

The location to the train station was not as close as advertised. It required a short taxi ride.

The buffet layout at breakfast offered a varied selection with many choices. I found a mix of Western and local dishes. The presentation was excellent and the staff were very attentive, ensuring all items were fresh and well-stocked.
