mixed bag stay
slow room service disorganized staff
the infinity pool was quite nice and made for a decent spot to relax during the day.
The room service was slow. It took forever for requests to actually arrive even after multiple calls. the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized leading to long waits and a chaotic atmosphere. Not what i expect from a hilton.

really good cleanliness smooth process great food helpful staff
i appreciated the really good cleanliness and smooth check-in process. the food at the buffet was great. gulnaar, vivaan, samid, and raj were very helpful to me. i would return.
the hotel allows itself to be monopolized by local taxi services. other cab services are available but not obviously accessible. the hotel-recommended cabs charge more than double the standard rates.
